Rental Property Turnovers From Inspection to Rent-Ready Del Rey Properties LLC helps landlords and property managers get rental properties ready for the next tenant. We offer a property walk-through and turnover estimate for a $150 inspection fee.(this fee covers the inspection only.) During the walk-through, we review the property and provide a detailed estimate with required repair items, replacement items, and optional recommended updates. Required items are repairs or replacements needed to help get the property functional, clean, and rent-ready. Optional recommended items are improvements we recommend but may not need to be completed right away. Once the estimate is approved, Del Rey Properties LLC can handle the complete rental turn from start to finish. Complete rental turnover services may include: Trash-out, Debris removal, Drywall repairs, Door repairs, Trim and baseboard repairs, Cabinet repairs, Bathroom repairs, Kitchen repairs, Fixture repairs and updates, Full interior painting, Repairs and updates, Housekeeping and cleaning, Full door lock changes, Final punch list, Rent-ready preparation for the next tenant
